Ranch Accommodations
Whether you are on a hunt or on vacation everyone gets to enjoy all the amenities available at the DropTine Ranch. There are several bedrooms that are fully heated and air conditioned and equipped with DirecTV so if you prefer to relax by yourself you will have all the comforts of being home. We also offer daily maid service and limited laundry service if requested. When you are an overnight guest of the ranch all you need to bring with you is your gear and toiletries we take care of the rest.
There are three meals served each day and there is an open bar, brand name soft drinks and bottled water are available the entire duration of your visit. We have an ice maker that is also available 24 hours per day.
There is a trophy room that has a 70" HDTV, Pool Table, Dart Board, Large Card table and a significant taxidermy collection from Africa and North America all of which makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience while you are on the ranch.
There is a semi-outdoor bar area where many of the guests spend their after hours enjoying a refreshment while the evening breeze blows through as they recount the tales of the day and of their many adventures. On many evenings we have the barbeque or smoker fired up while some guests decide to take a swim in the beautiful gunite pool or relax in the heat of the hot tub over looking the lake. Later on in the evening we light up the outdoor fire pit and have relaxing chairs surrounding the warmth and glow of the evenings fire as each guest stares dreamily into the embers and watch their dreams rise with the fire fly's into the night.
During the day guests may also enjoy skeet shooting over the pond right in front of the lodge with fully automatic and wireless controllers that will through skeet as fast as you can shoot. We also have terrific bass fishing in several lakes and ponds located throughout the ranch each pond offers a different level of skill to catch these wily fish. All fishing is catch and release we have been known to grill one up on occasion. Horse back riding can also be arranged for those who would like to see the ranch from a different perspective. And finally for those of you who would like to maintain their exercise regimen during their stay we have a terrific gym for cardio fitness and weight lifting available 24 hours each day.
